3/4 cup lowfat granola, 1/2 cup skim milk
1 multivitamin
3 cups coffee
8 cups water
1 tuna salad on whole wheat (recipe below)
1 orange
1 apple
1 Fiber One Bar
1 small piece of steak, 1 small baked potato with spray butter, 1 bunch grilled asparagus
1 smoothie (1/2 cup frozen blackberries, 1/2 non fat vanilla yogurt)
