Killer workout again today!
1 small bowl of raisin bran with skim milk
1 multivitamin
3 cups coffee
10 cups water
1 cup of fresh pineapple
1 cup of raw carrots
1 square of veggie pizza (recipe below)
1 cup of cucumbers and onions with a little rice vinegar on top
4 scrambled egg whites with salsa and 3 corn tortillas
