Forgot my lunch again-
1 bowl shredded wheat with skim milk and a little vanilla creamer to flavor
3 cups coffee
10 cups water
1 power bar (crappy lunch)
1 cup radishes
2 cups carrots
1 bowl shrimp spaghetti (recipe below)
2 pieces whole wheat bread
1 grapefruit
