Had a nice run at lunch- no better way to spend your lunch hour...
1 bowl of raisin bran with skim milk
1 cup coffee
10 cups water
1 grapefruit
2 cups raw veggies (celery, radishes, carrots, bell peppers)
1 PBJ on whole wheat
1 bunch of grilled asparagus, 1 piece of grilled steak
