Little bit tired today, but still had a couple of good workouts....

10 cups water

4 cups coffee

1 cup of blackberry and fat free vanilla yogurt smoothie

1 piece of whole wheat toast

2 cups fresh fruit

1 slice veggie pizza (recipe below)

2 cups raw veggies

4 scrambled egg whites with salsa on 2 corn tortillas
