Still under- feels good to know that I don't have to kill myself to make weight....

1 cup of blackberries, 1/2 cup skim milk, dash of flavored creamer

4 cups coffee

8 cups water

1 multivitamin

1 PBJ on whole wheat- very light on the peanut butter

2 cups of veggies

1 cup of veggie pasta (recipe below)
