Should be sore tomorrow....

1/2 cup of raisin bran 1/2 cup of fat free vanilla yogurt

1 multivitamin

4 cups coffee

8 cups water

2 cups fresh fruit

1 small piece veggie pizza (recipe below)

2 cups raw veggies

4 scrambled egg whites with salsa on 2 corn tortillas
