2 cups coffee with skim milk and sweetener

1 cup cocoa

8 cups water

1 bowl of blueberries with skim milk and sweetener

1 bowl of broccoli/corn chowder (see recipe below)

1 cup of radishes

1 grapefruit

1 cup of whole wheat pasta with shrimp in marinara sauce

1 chocolate rice cake
