Jan. 21st, Thursday

Oatmeal with apples and skim milk
1 grapefruit

8 cups water throughout the day
2 cups coffee

1 package dried cranberries
2 pieces beef jerky

1 turkey sandwich on whole wheat with mustard
1 apple

1 mocha with non-fat milk, no whip cream

1 bowl New England Boiled Dinner
(which is cabbage, cubed veggies- potatoes with skin/onion/carrots, and ham boiled in water- salt and pepper to taste)
1 fat free yogurt
