Had a killer work out- a long run at lunch, after work- some sprints and the cave man workout!

3 cups coffee

8 cups water

I fat free yogurt with large handful raspberries

1/2 large grapefruit

1 bowl oatmeal with skim milk and peanut butter

1 cup raw carrots

1 tuna on whole wheat sandwich- (tuna, mustard, onion, pickle)
