Had an excellent double workout- ran for lunch and all kinds of stuff at my mma class and fight club!

1 bowl of Kashi GO lean with skim milk

1 grapefruit

2 cups coffee

10 cups water

1/3 cup bean dip and 8 chips (recipes below)

3 cups raw veggies

1/2 of a chocolate Power Bar

big bowl of veggie, chicken udon (recipe below)
